Sam Tarascio Snr
Salta Funds Salta IC ChairmanThe ability of Salta Properties Founder and Executive Chairman Sam Tarascio Snr to consistently see opportunities in the property marketplace has been central to our growth as one of Australia's largest privately owned companies.
Performing an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the company, it was Sam Snr's decision to construct a warehouse for our former sister company Westgate Logistics that led to the establishment of Salta Properties. That was in 1974 and at the time the company was called Westgate Storage. Today Sam Snr's vision has led to Salta Properties being one of the largest and most diversified privately-owned property companies in Australia.
