Salta Office Property Trust is a core direct property fund, which aims to grow a quality portfolio of office properties, becoming geographically diversified in the medium term and supporting a 9% target total return with low volatility.
The fund is seeded with a 5,647 square metre office building which was constructed for Dulux in Clayton, Victoria on land owned by the fund. Further expansion will be under the guidance of the investment committee comprising executives from the Salta Group having in excess of 100 years property experience.
The fund is further backed by the Salta Group through a commitment to maintain an investment of 10% of the units in the fund.
