Management Team

RE Funds Management operation is staffed by a small but highly experienced team who are positioned to leverage the expertise and capabilities of the wider Salta group and a team of external consultants as required.

Investment Committee

We currently operate 2 investment committees assembled to provide expertise in investment decisions tailored to the needs of the different funds.

The Investment Committee for the Pentacle Funds is currently suspended due to the closure of the funds to applications and redemptions. It will be reinstituted once investment activity recommences.

For the Salta Funds which invest in direct property assets sourced through the activities of the Salta Group, the committee is an internal committee comprising Mr. Sam Tarascio Snr as chairman, Mr. Sam Tarascio, Mr. Charles Veevers and Mr. Andrew Brest. All decisions which may involve related parties are to be reviewed by an Investment Governance Committee to be formed on an as needs basis. This Committee will comprise an investor representative as well as 2 independent individuals with appropriate experience. The purpose of this committee is solely to review related party transactions.

Compliance Committee

REF has appointed a Compliance Committee comprising 3 members, the majority of which are external to both the business and the Board Directors to oversee the group's compliance activities. The committee comprises Mr. Kerry Duncan (Chairman), Professor Robert Officer and Mr. Andrew Brest.
